Eatalian Style to host two events with actors Michael Tucker and Jill Eikenberry - Official Press Release - july 01, 2008
Chef Andrea Tiberi of Eatalian Style Corp., a New York firm dedicated to the promotion of the cuisine of Italy, will host and provide food and wine for two talk/book signing events to mark the paperback release of Michael Tucker’s Living in a Foreign Language: A Memoir of Food, Wine, and Love in Italy, published by Grove Press.
The events, which are open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, July 8 at the following locations and times. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. The Nantucket Lightship at the Delamar Hotel, 500 Steamboat Road, Greenwich, CT from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Select Italy Loft, 226 Bowery St., 7th floor, New York, NY 10012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tucker and his wife, Jill Eikenberry, perhaps best known for their roles on the long-running television series L.A. Law, will speak about their love affair with Umbria and their life there since they moved from the United States to a 350-year-old vine-covered Rustico in the Spoleto Valley.
Chef Tiberi will provide authentic Umbrian food and wines to evoke the Umbrian experience. He will also be available to answer questions about Umbrian cuisine.
